55mm Ultra Slim Multi-Coated UV Filter

The PROfezzion PF-UV Series Ultra Slim Multi-Coated UV Filter is effective to absorb ultraviolet light and reduce the interference of ultraviolet light on camera sensors. It is specially designed for shooting outside and aims to improve color fidelity. Simultaneously, this series UV filter protects your delicate lens from dust, moisture, oil, scratches, and light impacts.

The PROfezzion PF-UV series UV filter features double-sided coating with 6 layers of coating on each surface to reduce ghosting and reflections in backlight photography. The average light transmission of the filter is not less than 99.5% for it is constructed from Japanese optical glass with fine grinding and polishing, retaining the original characteristics of the lens. Additionally, the thickness of the filter's glass is just 0.7mm (0.03") and the frame is only 3mm (0.12"), which helps to minimize the likelihood of vignetting. The hardness of the glass is up to 9HD, thus providing additional protection in case of drops or situations where scratching could occur. The anti-erosion frame, sturdy and durable, is made of aviation aluminium alloy. This PROfezzion PF-UV series UV filter has different thread sizes available from 40.5~82mm. Besides that, the front of the frame is designed with thread for attaching a lens cap or other accessories.

In addition, the PROfezzion PF-UV series filter comes with a delicate and portable filter case. Each filter can be fixed firmly in the case via the custom-fitted sponge cushion. Moreover, the moistureproof interleaving paper and the sponge cushion at the bottom effectively protect the filter from moisture and impact.
